Responsibilities

This highly visible position will support all planning, month-end, and ad hoc financial analysis activities for Spirit Aerosystems largest program. In this role you will join a self-driven team focused on delivering accurate financial analysis to enable key decision making across the organization. Key Accountabilities:

· Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives

· Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets

· Support budgetary activity including the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly estimate at complete (EAC) processes

· Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend actions for optimization

· Communicate with internal customers on routine cost, schedule, and budgeting issues

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of professional experience

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools, especially Excel

· In-office work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Ability to manage time and multiple competing priorities

· Operates well in a fast paced environment

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
