Lead the development and launch of new product innovation for Transitions brand across AMERA (Asia Pac, Middle East, Turkey, Russia & Africa)
Lead contact for Transitions product portfolio, including product rollout plans across countries and across partners.
Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, including product sourcing (working with technical & logistics teams).
Key contact for global & local teams on all product related topics including marketing claims, technical queries, supply flow and product quality and performance.
Identify any gaps & opportunities on range architecture, including understanding the pricing ladder
Establish strategic and operational pricing across the product portfolio, with specific focus on driving marketing objectives.
Gain in depth understanding of markets’ and consumers’ needs in the region for future product/innovation development with R&D and global marketing counterparts.
Work with cross-functional, cross regional teams to ensure on time launch and collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to identify and work towards possible opportunities/solutions.
Translate technical product performance into consumer-friendly communication.
Degree in Marketing or Business with 2-4 yrs of experience of regional product development.
Experience in managing innovations with cross-functional project teams and stakeholder management.
Excellent organizational skills and proven record in managing complex innovation launch networks and concurrently managing multiple projects well.
Excellent teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, used to work in multi-cultural environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with excellence.
At ease with technical topics (scientific background or previous experience in technology field is an advantage).
