Essilor of America Digital Performance Specialist (ASEAN) in Singapore

This is a new and exciting role created within Essilor ASEAN. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating digital planning and execution on paid search and paid social by providing in-house expertise to the group.

The successful candidate will implement and maximize campaign results through stewardship of the digital consumer journeys on paid search and paid social, and by driving a consistent communications strategy in these channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with country marketing teams on paid search and paid social, to effectively plan, implement, test/optimize, and monitor against the digital KPIs.

  • Implementation of always-on paid search and paid social, and support country marketing teams’ local initiatives

  • Keep internal stakeholders abreast of search and social marketing trends, innovations, and updates.

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in gathering regional learnings on paid search and paid social in order to identify synergies and efficiencies, identify and address gaps, and influence the channel strategies.

Paid Search

  • Ownership of search performance in ASEAN which includes managing monthly budgets, bidding strategy, keyword strategy, and ad copy creation (in close collaboration with country marketing teams).

  • Improve SEM KPIs such as visits, cost per conversion, conversion rates, and search impression shares.

  • Monthly reporting

Social

  • Liaise with external agencies on content and provide content recommendations based on campaign learnings.

  • Ownership of paid social performance in ASEAN which includes managing monthly budgets, targeting strategy, and content strategy/pillars (in close collaboration with country marketing teams and social content agencies).

  • Improve Social KPIs such as visits, cost per conversion, conversion rate.

  • Improve User journey on Social

  • Monthly reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing preferred

  • Facebook Blueprint certified and/ or Adwords certified

  • At least 5yrs relevant working experience in digital marketing

  • Must have hands-on experience creating accounts, and setting up campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Business/ Ads Manager

  • Must be highly proficient in Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and with a basic understanding o Social Listening tools.

  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, with good presentation skills.

  • Must have Regional experience in SEA, or managing multiple markets.

  • Previous background in a MNC Consumer Products Good Company is preferred.

  • Media agency background / previous in-house role preferred.
