Essilor of America Digital Performance and Ecommerce Senior Manager in Singapore

Being one of the biggest eyewear manufacturers in the world, we’re launching our eCommerce business globally for one of our key eyewear brand. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to help one of Asia’s biggest eyewear brands on its quest to launch new markets, playing a crucial role in the global ecommerce strategy.

Key Mission: Lead and drive the digital strategy and ecommerce existing business and new markets expansion.

In charge of the digital strategy and ecommerce business, the candidate has to roll out a go- to market strategy for US and Europe by building up the right digital and business approach vs the markets to drive conversion to sales but also awareness and consideration (direct and indirect sales).

The candidate needs to be highly comfortable with numbers (margin structure), has a strong business mindset, be entrepreneur and leader in driving the strategy and sales. Working like a ‘start up’ entity, the candidate needs to be pro-active, agile, flexible, has a strong relationship skill to work well with his/her pears (marketing, creative, supply etc) and be team spirit driven.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive direct and indirect sales from different approach (paid social, ppc, display etc)

  • Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest opportunities for improvement to the wider team

  • Build high scale advertising campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Search using multiple levers: audience, product, placement, creative, copy, video, bidding

  • Optimise campaigns and adjust bids and budget based on direct response best practices

  • Problem solve and troubleshoot campaign performance by blending creativity and analytical skills

  • Adapt / be aware of campaign performance in real time and ready to make adjustments

  • Build the CRM strategy to be completely part of the business strategy

  • A pro-active approach and motivation to show initiative to growing a direct-to- customer brand with social advertising

  • Build the Search strategy to improve brand’s visibility and awareness

  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics & Facebook Ads Manager in an e- commerce environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience (of client side) in the ecommerce and digital performance fields.

  • Have worked in a small structure and started an ecommerce business with proven and fast results.

  • Proven track record in hitting KPIs with digital performance campaigns

  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager Suite, Google Adversiting suite

  • Team management skill (have managed different nationalities)

  • Be “Consumers centric” driven

  • Sharp eye for detail, and keen sense of aesthetics

  • Proactive attitude and a good communicator

  • Open-minded, “Think of the box” mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
