Essilor of America Regional Sales Manager (Sumatera, based in Medan) in Indonesia
Responsible for sales operation department in a specific Region of Indonesia. This position reports to Head of 2.5 NVG Indonesia.
Responsible for achieving Target of Wearers, Revenue, Collection, Mitra Mata and Mitra Mata Optician in his / her specific Region of Indonesia
Implement national sales strategy, plan, develop and manage the sales landscape for business in Region West / Central / East of Indonesia
Lead, supervise and Monitor sales activities and performance for Team’s achievement in Wearers, Revenue, Collection, Mitra Mata and Mitra Mata Optician
Set detail Target by channel / vertical by area and monitoring in a weekly basis.
Analyze, review and manage trade promotion both National and local programs to grow existing and new customers
Work closely with his or her Area Manager and BDE and marketing team to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives
Account management, include pre and post-sales activities, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations and account receivable.
Making Market competition analysis report
Bachelor Degree with minimum 7years experience in Sales management preferably from FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices Industry
Resilience, self-motivated, persistent and result oriented individual
Strong in GT experience and familiar with his Region / Area
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, primarily to rural areas / villages across his region / area.
