Manulife Technology Industrial Placement Program 2023 - Full-time, 6 months (Jun/Jul - Dec 2024)

Manulife Technology Industrial Placement Program offers challenges to expedite your growth and develop your knowledge of digital technology through the 6-months on-the-job training and experience. Apart from work, we encourage prospective fellows to undergo continuous professional development. High performing interns will be fast tracked for a full-time position after graduation.

On the job you will:

Business Analyst

  • Work closely with business units and/or technical engineers to provide solutions to address business needs.

  • Understand the operation process, assist in analyzing existing workflow and perform impact analysis

  • Analyze, define and clarify user requirements

  • Document the user requirements properly to facilitate system development and testing.

  • Verify user requirements through analysis, test, demonstration and inspection.

  • Support testing activities to ensure the process flows meet the requirement specifications and in good quality delivery.

  • Monitor work progress and identify possible deviations of project schedule and formulating solutions for contingency.

  • Handle user enquiries and production issues

  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training

  • Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
