Essilor of America Global Key Account Manager in France

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and lead an international portfolio of Key Accounts, by developing with each of them a strategy dedicated in revenue growth and in business development

  • Be responsible of annual KA budgets, margins monitoring & profitability

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams working on customization of Instruments solutions, and monitor their implementation

Your main missions:

  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, to ensure they do not turn to competition

  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs & requirements

  • Promoting our company’s solutions and achieving mutual satisfaction

  • Ensuring the correct products & services are delivered to customers and internal teams

  • Resolving any issues and problems faces by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust

  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal & external stakeholders

Your profile:

  • MBA graduated, with 3 to 5 years of proven working experience in project management in business development, in the Ophthalmic industry, in B2B , or Consultancy

  • Business acumen

  • Analytical skills

  • Financial knowledge: budget, margin, profitability driving

  • Excellent methodical, tactical, and sales skills

  • Project management methodologies

  • Fluency in French & English required

  • Excellent Leadership / Convincing personality with natural authority

  • An ability to negotiate effectively and at the highest level.

  • A strong capacity of management and animation multi-network and multi-cultural

  • Excellent organizational skills
