Essilor of America Customer Service Consultant in Australia
We are seeking an awesome person to join our customer service team at Chipping Norton. With a focus on providing the best possible customer service experience for our customers, some of the daily duties will include:
working closely with customers by phone and email to process orders
understanding and resolving customer concerns
providing technical advice and product recommendations
liaising with other teams and team members to ensure optimal service to customers.
Who you are:
You will have experience within the optical industry (as a Retail Assistant, Dispenser or similar), with excellent customer service skills both written and oral.
You are a team player with a professional attitude, and possessing excellent organisational and planning skills.
You demonstrate your keen attention to detail through the 'first time quality' approach to data entry & database maintenance.
You are computer-savvy, with experience in email and Excel.
