Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Senior IT Applications Analyst - Empower in Troy, New York
We are currently looking to fill the position of Senior IT Applications Analyst in our IT Enterprise Lab Systems Group. You will be a vital part of a team focused primarily on the implementation and support of Waters Empower Chromatography software in a highly regulated cGMP environment. The systems we support are crucial in the production of Regeneron’s life-saving products.
As a Senior IT Applications Analyst a typical day might include the following:
Acting as a lead resource within the team to ensure applications and systems remain in a compliant state
Processing change control requests for system configurations, including requirement and/or design specifications and test plans
Collaborating closely with laboratory personnel
Authoring and/or approving new and revised technical documentation
Participating in investigations and root cause analysis
Adhering to relevant system software SOPs and policies
Supporting system implementation including validation and qualification efforts
Identifying area of opportunity for improved technology and processes
This role might be for you if you:
Have an expertise in the use and/or administration of Waters Empower Chromatography software
Have worked in a regulated laboratory setting
Enjoy acting in a lead capacity within an engaged team intent on delivering quality applications
Enjoy the challenge of learning new systems and applications
Are familiar with regulatory and quality policies, procedures and documentation methods, ideally in cGMP biotech/pharma operations
Enjoy helping application end-users solve problems
Possess stellar organizational skills
Appreciate the importance of Quality Control in the laboratory and I.T. settings
In order to be considered for this position, you must hold a BS/BA in Science, Information Systems or other relevant field and
IT Applications Analyst: 2+ years relevant experience
Senior IT Applications Analyst: 5+ years relevant experience
May consider experience in lieu of education; level decided upon completion of an interview process
Direct experience with Empower in a GXP industry and in a pharmaceutical setting highly preferred.

$65,100.00 - $124,300.00
