Overview

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic VP, Digital & Technology Portfolio and Governance to support the Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) in leading all aspects of key operational and strategic functions within the digital technology department at Herbalife. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology initiatives, driving efficiency, and facilitating strategic growth while supporting our ongoing digital transformation efforts.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Orchestrate key initiatives and projects as designated by the CDTO, ensuring they align with the broader interpersonal goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Streamline operational processes within the CDTO's domain, improving efficiency and effectiveness across all digital and technology functions.

• Act as a primary liaison between the CDTO and other key team members within and outside the digital and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and partnership.

• Works closely with Digital & Technology and Business executives to flesh out and prioritize strategic technology decisions. Evaluating the cost, risk, and capacity needed when making critical technology decisions.

• Provide comprehensive support to the CDTO in decision-making processes, including preparation of briefs, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and forums.

• Ensure the strategic objectives of the CDTO are clearly communicated and understood within the team, aligning efforts and resources to achieve these goals.

• Lead the strategic planning process in alignment with Herbalife's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Supervise resource capacity management to optimize team performance and efficiency, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, prioritizing those that drive digital transformation.

• Implement and maintain a robust QA function and framework to uphold the integrity of digital technology solutions and support the evolution of our digital platforms.

• Lead Digital & Technology vendor relationships and procurement processes, in partnership with strategic sourcing to secure the best value and quality for Herbalife, with a focus on partners that can support our digital transformation journey.

• Develop and be responsible for budget management and allocation, ensuring financial resources are effectively applied to support digital transformation initiatives.

• Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly as they relate to digital transformation efforts.

• Provide regular reporting and insights on financial performance and key metrics to senior leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement in our digital transformation journey.

• Oversees and owns the overall Digital & Technology talent lifecycle management in partnership with HR. Designs and implements improvements to interpersonal structure.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages senior leaders in PMO, Quality Assurance and Vendor Management for Digital and Technology Services.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 10+ plus years demonstrated ability in the Digital & Technology subject area.

  • 7+ years of leading, mentoring, and developing an impactful team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, partnership, and continuous improvement.

  • Shown experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry or a fast-paced corporate environment, with a track record of supporting digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing those that drive digital transformation.

  • Excellent leadership and social skills, with the ability to collaborate successoptimally departments and levels of the organization to drive Digital & Technology portfolio efforts.

  • Validated experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation, with a focus on supporting digital transformation initiatives.

  • Analytical mentality with a focus on data-driven decision-making, particularly as it relates to measuring the impact of digital transformation efforts.

  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities, particularly in the context of digital transformation.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, financial analysis, and reporting, with a focus on those that support digital transformation initiatives.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
