The Opportunity
The PCG Client Relationship Administrator role at Manulife offers a unique opportunity to join our Private Client Group and provide administrative and operational support to our Retail SMA (Separately Managed Account) business. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless account setup and maintenance, while building strong relationships with external counterparties.
Responsibilities
Open and close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle client requests
Act as the dedicated administrative and operational contact with our firm's back office
Prepare reports used internally by various groups such as front office, distribution, and sales support
Build and nurture relationships with external counterparties

What We Are Looking For
Experience with InvestCloud APL
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize and make progress on multiple tasks
Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proactive approach with a fast ability to adapt to new technology and concepts

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Boston, Massachusetts
Salary range is expected to be between
$50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
