Core Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day procurement related activities across all indirect categories and MRO.

  • Support for global/regional/local supplier management – e.g., contracting, negotiations, escalation, and reviews.

  • Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to deliver projects.

  • Productivity and Continuous Improvement: To drive productivity and efficiency initiatives internally and with suppliers, providing savings to the business and workload reduction.

  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): To lead Supplier Relationship Account by developing, evaluating and applying a continuous improvement approach to the Vendors as responsible.

  • Contract and PO compliance: Drive and ensure compliance with the local procurement process with partners.

As a member of the local procurement team, you will support the LEGO investment and ensure that procurement gets embedded into the new organization.

We emphasize building strong relationship with our business partners and supporting them in achieving their priorities. The main focus is to have a stable supplier platform in full compliance with all LEGO requirements, such as safety, quality, ethical manner and a competitive price.

This position exists to handle all the commercial aspects with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of Indirect materials and services to LMV on time and with the right level of quality agreed upon with our internal customers and partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Management with a preferred focus on Supply chain, Legal, or Finance

  • Sourcing background in indirect categories or a degree in a similar field.

  • Great collaboration skills

  • Team spirit: One team attitude

  • Strong analytical skills; Commercially astute ability in the analysis of cost data and how cost is segmented and structured, such as elemental distribution of construction costs

  • Project management skills

  • Influencing and persuasion skills

  • A get-things-done attitude and the ability to handle many projects at the same time
