About the role:
Financial Analyst is responsible for providing reporting and to support Business, especially Financial Controller with the overall view on the cost. This position will become knowledgeable and capable of building comprehensive reports based on requirements provided by The Business.
Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis and reports for internal and statutory purposes
Being an important element in the internal control environment and supporting internal assurance processes
Playing an active role in the process of Company’s work-flows continuous improvement
Cooperation with internal as well as with external consultants
Supporting Value Stream Managers in strengthening the production results, full absorption, production spending and OTD
Being responsible for both manufacturing and POC distribution center
Working on establishing KPI requirements for the site
Supporting Purchasing department in the area of better understanding cost of the products and significant differences/recommending hedging/locking
Supporting coordination of closure of the month and annual stock count
Supporting Master Planner in the S&OP process
Adaptation of CI culture in the department and site
Working in line with all corporate standards in terms of finance management
Qualifications:
Min. 3 years of working experience within an international organization
Being communicative in written and spoken English
Practical knowledge regarding cost analysis
Readiness to constant improvement of technical and soft skills
Working knowledge in ERP system
Strong personal computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset
Systems acumen
