About the role:

In the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you will have a main responsibility to work proactively to ensure our service deliveries to our customers. You are responsible for providing service reporting for all main customer accounts and are the owner of the day-to-day management with a focus on proactively analyzing and driving improvements in service delivery, backlog, productivity and profitability.

Tasks:

It is you who proactively work to maintain a high level of service through daily control and analysis of outcomes as well as cross-functional improvement projects. You analyze, support and coordinate different types of error reports, to increase the level of service and thereby reduce costs and complexity. You will have many contact surfaces both internally and externally.

You are the owner of customer requirements/queries and coordinate the activity of other functions to achieve a quick resolution. We assume that you are focused on service and have a positive attitude and want to continue to contribute to our current positive customer experience on the service side.

For example, during a working day, you will:

  • Analyze the backlog of service orders

  • Train the rest of the team based on new developed processes and provide process support to help desk 1 where it is required to improve the team's skills and efficiency that improve the customer experience.

  • Coordinate subcontractors of services and purchase orders from technicians

  • Is in close contact with technicians to channel information about common errors, repeated problems, or specific customer challenges.

  • Speed up urgent spare parts needs (arrange bids if necessary).

  • Report and follow up on how we work with our SLA goals on a daily basis

  • Take care of some other administrative tasks such as mail handling

  • Support and be back-up to the material coordination function at peaks.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Attained general upper secondary school education or higher

  • Be Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products

  • Previous experience of managing customer relationships

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good communication skills coupled with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

  • To be structured, organized and self-drive

  • The ability to work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to change in order to support the team/business.
