Here, you will make an impact by:Be the right hand of the functional leaders and drive cost management / maximize ROI as the teams look to stand up new corporate structures.Provide insightful analytics and modelling for Capital investments.Take a leadership role in developing new reporting / analytics.Engage with the teams to transform the functions and develop and new business models,Manage the Solventum Corporate P&L.Develop financial forecasts - operating plan, strategic plan, rolling forecasts.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) or more years of experience working in finance/accounting in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) or more years of experience working in finance/accounting in a private, public, government or military environmentANDAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:CPA or CMA certificationSAP experienceProject management experienceAbility to find alternative paths to reach objectivesSound analytical and communication skillsConsiders implications beyond own area across functions, businesses, countriesDemonstrates ability to think "outside the box" and embraces continuous changeProven problem solver and success implementing changeExpert/master knowledge and experience with current finance practices and policiesWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 5% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
