Responsibilities:
Leads Endovascular sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share targets in assigned market(s).
Work with manager and team members to formulate and implement sales objectives and strategies from the individual account level, per the overall company’s objectives and policies.
Works with manager and team to set targets for individual accounts and monitors on a quarterly basis minimum.
Works collaboratively with marketing, regulatory, clinical, supply chain, OEC and any other interrelated functions to achieve business objectives compliantly.
Responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share and/or profit objectives of specified territories or products.
Promotes and establishes HCP education of the company’s products and/or services.
May have own accounts to promote & sell the company’s products & to establish customer relationships (physicians, Surgeons, Cardiac Catheterization lab staff, OT staff, hospitals) and to support development of new customers.
Plan and drive towards achieving company vision and business objectives, as well as divisional mission and strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science, Business or Marketing
Min 6 years of relevant industry experience in sales and/or marketing in Medical Devices
Experienced in the field of Cardiology or Endovascular Intervention preferred
Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
Nurse in Cath Lab or Operating theatre background will be an advantage
