Autodesk Partner Sales Manager in Singapore, Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work and collaborate with the assigned Solution Providers to grow their Autodesk business and becoming trusted advisor to the partners

  • Collaborate with Distribution sales manager to build partner enablement, and marketing plan with the Solution Providers

  • Be a liaison between the Solution Providers and Autodesk to facilitate two-way communication. Holds schedule regional sales meetings to update our partners on the direction of the Autodesk channel strategy.

  • Build relationships with the Solution Providers leadership to foster common vision adoption

  • Lead quarterly business planning, review quarterly performance and provide guidance on corrective actions plan

  • Help partner set quotas and goals for upcoming sales quarters

  • Develop sales pipelines coverage

  • Facilitate and deliver sales forecast accuracy

  • Assist the Solution Providers (resellers) directly or through appropriate company resources in the following areas: product training, sales training, account development, customer success., presentation, seminar/webinar and marketing/digital marketing plan

  • Assist partners in developing sales and marketing plans related to the vertical/value products

  • Implement new product launches within your assigned territory.

  • Manage "Channel Health" and completing all compliance requirements of the Partner Program

  • Collaborate with extended sales organisation (Mid Market Account/Territory Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, License Compliance team members) to create business strategies and plan to ensure level of involvement, build efficiency in customer coverage, secure commitment from partners to maximise performance

  • Require to recruit, onboard and enable new System Integrators and Services oriented partners

  • Partner Sales Manager will oversee the daily management of the channel partners sales execution. You will report into the ASEAN Channels organization. This is an individual contributor role. Hybrid workplace in Singapore or Malaysia

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidate possessed 8+ years Territory Sales / Business Development/ Channel Partner Management experience

  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects

  • Experience developing channel programs

  • Conflict resolution and lead outcome with partners

  • Experience working within the enterprise software industry is desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software subscription business

  • Experience building successful sales teams

  • Experience coaching sales professionals in complex sales/pursuit

  • Experience balancing short-term results with long-term strategy

  • Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organisation

  • Experience managing virtual teams throughout the company and geographies. Culturally aware, able to collaborate across different teams and facilitate teamwork

  • Inclusive and collaborative

  • Experience researching to support business decision and insights

  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities

  • Passion for technology
