Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Business Unit Director
Drafts confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and performance other administrative and secretarial duties.
Maintaining calendars and contact database, schedules appointments
Creates, maintains, and/or updates various databases. Extract, analyses and presents data for management information reporting purpose.
Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients and visitors as required.
Plans, coordinates, and supports meeting and conferences.
Plan events for team building within the leadership team (Eg. Beach cleaning, outdoor activities) as well as for the whole Business Unit (e.g Contract Manager Day)
Support administratively on Singapore certifications renewal (Eg. BCA, SIFMA)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
