UW Medical Center - Montlake -Laundry and Linen has an outstanding opportunity to hire a STOCKROOM ATTENDANT 2 .

WORK SCHEDULE

• 40 hours per week, Day Shift POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Responds to customer service calls for clean linens PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take inventory of linens in the unit clinics and linen storage room and counts the number of items

• Utilizes stylus to enter information into hand scanner

• Collects and transports soiled linen to the soiled holding areas in a safe and legal manner

• Delivers exchange carts and closets/drawers of clean linen

• Delivers rush and non-stock linen orders ordered by individual units

• Stocks replenishment supplies delivered to Material Management

• Responds to unit clinics and requests for additional linens REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Six months of full-time experience as a Stockroom Attendant I or equivalent education/experience.
