Ajudar as áreas para definição e otimização de processos.

Abertura de chamados na Totvs para resolução de problemas.

Analisar reclamações de clientes para busca da causa raiz do problema.

Dar manutenção em customizações em Progress 4GL ( DDK + UPC + Triggers )

Conhecimento em programação PL/SQL - Banco de dados Oracle

Testar customizações , documentar testes e buscar aprovações.

Realizar validações do SOX e seguir regras.

Criar documentações de procedimentos.

Híbrido ( Jundiaí )

Experiência mínima de 5 anos na função.

Língua: Inglesa será um diferencial
