Join Amazon Business team as a Pricing Selection Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our organization's growth. Leveraging offline data and insights, you'll be instrumental in shaping our selection and pricing strategies. We place great emphasis on the significance of offline, negotiated rates for our business customers, which is why we develop scalable solutions to help our internal stakeholders demonstrate the value Amazon brings to the table. By pinpointing selection gaps, devising competitive pricing models, and expanding our customer base, you'll directly contribute to our company's revenue growth.

We're seeking a proactive professional with a proven track record in thriving within autonomous work environments. You should feel at ease navigating through various complex functions and possess the ability to effectively influence external stakeholders. A crucial aspect of your role will involve interacting with technology systems, with a specific focus on training others to utilize these systems and processes efficiently. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying meaningful patterns and trends, and translating these insights into actionable strategies.

The ideal candidate will excel in an environment characterized by constant change and be proficient at managing uncertain, challenging scenarios. You should not only be proficient in executing repeatable processes but also demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the consistency and quality of our operations.

Key job responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis and make necessary adjustments to files according to customer specifications.

• Allocate tasks to Account Representatives.

• Collaborate with Program Managers to acquire expertise in tools and processes.

• Maintain regular communication with Account Executives regarding the status of their requests and ensure accurate expectations are set.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

San Jose, SJ, CRI

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with Excel ( Formulas and nested formulas, data cleaning, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pricing selection experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
