Job Summary:

Join our mission to empower communities and promote health equity as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) residential services program. Your compassion and expertise will ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting monthly assessments

  • Maintaining communication with the client's support team

  • Ensuring appropriate staff supervision and delegation

  • Documenting all activities and changes in client health status

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health and well-being of residential clients through monthly assessments

  • Maintain clear communication with client support teams and agency management

  • Ensure proper staff supervision, delegation, and specialized instruction

  • Document client assessments, changes in health status, and nursing activities

  • Complete required training and certifications, such as AIMS, HRST, and Level 1 Med Aide Instructor

  • Assist in responding to nursing reviews and mortality reviews

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Advocate for the individuals we serve

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Must be a currently registered, licensed registered nurse in the State of Missouri

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

  • Current Missouri license as RN

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain calm in crisis situations and relate positively to clients, families, and medical professionals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Maintain a positive attitude when working with others
