Telephone Data Collector In Center

Job Description:

We have an immediate need for CATI Interviewers to perform tracing /search work and conduct phone interviews from our Rockville, MD Telephone Center on a variety of subjects, such as education, the environment, health, and transportation.

Candidates must be able to work 15-40 hours per week, during the following times:

· Afternoons (2PM - 6 PM)

· Evenings (6PM - 10PM), and

· at least one weekend shift per week (Sat. 10a-6pm ET, Sun. 2pm-9pm ET).

Training will be provided.

Candidates must:

· be 18 or older

· be willing to submit required information for Federal Security Clearance (including eAPP and fingerprinting)

· provide a voice sample

· have strong computer skills

· be consistently available to work 15-40 hours per week during the times specified above

· must be willing to work on-site in our Rockville, MD Telephone Center - this is NOT a remote position
