Description

We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager in Schuylkill County.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling general ledger and bank accounts on a routine basis and adjusting any discrepancies.

• Assisting with the monthly financial close process, including the monthly consolidation process to produce US GAAP compliant financial statements for US

• Creating reports as requested and providing statistical and financial analysis on the data so key staff can make strategic conclusions.

• Performing other special projects and analyses as directed by management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
