Customer service professional needed for an upcoming event in Pikesville, MD. Job duties include set up/break down of event, checking people in, providing badges/welcome bags, greeting guests, pointing guests in right direction. Must be personable. organized and tech savvy!

Requirements • Proficiency in Email Correspondence is a must for this role

• Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively and efficiently

• Prior experience in Event handling is desirable

• Demonstrable skills in Event Management are required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent organizational skills

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a higher degree would be a plus

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
