Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with project lead & agencies to define skills gap, and plan the training courses needed for Apsara, Activation & Beauty Advisor

• Engage with key speakers/ trainers to conduct training courses as per curriculum.

• Coordinating the training courses as scheduled with project champion & agencies.

• Material preparation and translation including training contents, product knowledge & basic call procedure and other training related.

• Build new training materials to answer to current business challenges.

• Leading onboarding program for all project staffs.

• Leading best practice sharing program & other related capability program.

• Logistics management for training courses.

• Reporting on training report & progress monitor.

• Design and announcement for training program.

• Budget building for yearly training plan.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Passionate about number and data learning & management

• Able to make decisions despite uncertainty with rationality and logic.

• Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment

• Fast learner, proactive, action & result oriented, passionate.

• Be able to lead team, work well with team and work independently.

• Ability to contribute, influence and work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization.

• Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English

• Other working skills such as design with Photoshop & video creator is an advantage
