Capricorn Pricing Manager in Perth, Australia

Role Purpose

To establish and implement pricing refinements to optimise business outcomes, including maintaining adequate rate strength across each line of business.

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes

• Advanced level analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to make timely and effective decisions

• Perficient with the use of database and reporting applications, including SQL, SAS and Tableau

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Experience

• At least six years' of General Insurance pricing experience

• Experience in setting and implementing pricing strategies that have improved business outcomes

• Demonstrate evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases and reporting applications (SQL, SAS and Tableau)

Qualifications

• A degree in a numerate discipline; Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Machine Learning.

• National Police Clearance
