HashiCorp has its Finance Centre of Excellence in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India to help HashiCorp’s USA Headquarter and 15+ other countries where we have our legal entities. From India, we are independently handling / supporting multiple processes that include International Accounting, US Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Accounting, SOX and Internal Controls, International Payroll, Taxation, Travel Administration, FP&A, Reporting, etc.

About The Industrial Training Programme

HashiCorp India has a strong team of Chartered Accountants (12+) who are helping to lead the Finance process in India. Around six months back we hired our first batch of six CA Industrial trainees in our Finance and Accounts team in India to support and match the fast growth of HashiCorp as a company. HashiCorp is growing and after the success of the first batch we now want to hire second batch CA trainees to meet this growing need and to build a sustainable growth. Trainees are typically expected to work under the supervision and guidance of experienced professionals while gaining practical exposure to various aspects of accounting, auditing, and finance. We invite applications from the candidates to join our team for 1 year as industrial trainees.

In this training , you can expect to…

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Support in all functions of finance i.e Revenue, Sox, International Accounting, US accounting, International tax, Treasury, International payroll

• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations

• Create and upload manual journal entries related to payroll, accruals, prepaid, reclass, taxation, and other ad hoc entries

• Evaluate financial transactions, and ensure appropriate account coding

• Contribute to successful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close

• Prepare and provide input data for monthly/quarterly/yearly direct or indirect tax fillings

• Prepare input data for payroll processing and various types of payroll reconciliations

• Perform account reconciliations and analysis

• Assist with the maintenance of internal controls and processes

• Manage the documentation - SOPs, Process Flows, Training videos and make improvements to them from time to time

• Prepare the accounting manuals based on guidance received from managers

• Passed both groups of IPCC/Inter, Articleship enrollment under new scheme for ICAI launched in July 2023 and must complete their 1st year of articleship before July 2024 end.

• Already completed mandatory IT training and GMCS training

• Completed 1 years of articleship / audit trainee with a reputed firm

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations

• Good hands on experience in excel and other microsoft office products

• Good problem solving skills

• Hard working

• Willingness to learn and take new challenges

• This training would be based out of our Noida location so we prefer candidates who are based out of a nearby location, or ready to relocate to Noida.

• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts. #LI-Remote

Stipend - INR 30,000 per month (all inclusive)
