CAE USA INC Business Performance Lead - Aftermarket in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

Role and Responsibilities

Project Manage a portfolio of key strategic business improvement initiatives for the Civil Business unit within Performance Office in order to meet performance targets.

  • In collaboration with the leadership team, identify key initiatives to help optimize business processes, create value, enable business growth, and increase overall performance

  • Develop and enforce governance, tracking, and accountability specific to key business improvement initiatives by establishing effective management routines to monitor projects, keep work on track and identify issues early

  • Identify the right leading and lagging KPIs to ensure complete visibility on the business; Adapt the project management tools and dashboard reports accordingly

  • Work with Finance to establish systematized, financial tracking of progress against metrics, supported by dashboard

  • Prioritize issues and bring perspective into key decisions to be made to accelerate impact of each initiative

  • Contribute to eliminate bottle-necks for initiative owners

  • Complete analysis to support high quality problem solving on keeping the programs on track related to key risks (e.g., trends related to organization and potential solutions)

  • Drive process discipline and rigor throughout the initiatives

  • Proactively flag issues or barriers to success, and works with the team to create a relevant action plan

  • Present Project progress to SPC management team, including detailed financials ;

    Deliver performance management through the Organisation, by taking on the below responsibilities:

  • Translate key changes into a sustainable Operating Model

  • Support in setting up continuous improvement mechanisms for the organization

  • Own full performance and change management, including goal setting and progress reporting, for portfolio of initiatives

  • Develop change management and communication plans to successfully move the new initiatives into a sustainable operating model

    Exchange best practices across the Civil organization and leverage those best practices for the SPC business segment

    Support the strategic and operational objective setting process
