The Job You Will Perform:

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports, incorporating measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for theprocure-to-pay (PTP) process.

• Establish reporting structures within each process steward discipline.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required.

• Acquire proficiency in navigating various complementary systems such astravel management systems and processing mining software

• Assist in record-keeping, accounting, and ongoing monitoring activities.

• Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the Process Steward in the procure-to-pay domain by conducting comprehensive financial and operational analyses of systems and processes.

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills by generating and evaluating key metrics to assess the effectiveness of procure-to-pay operations and its associated stakeholder groups.

• Offer valuable insights to stakeholders.

• Primary clientele includes procure-to-pay stakeholders, constituting approximately 70% of the company.

• Exhibit agility in navigating evolving technologies and landscapes under the guidance of Process Stewards and theGlobal Process Ownerfor Procure-to-Pay (GPO PTP).

• Other duties as assigned

The Skills You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• 3+ years of diverse work experience in Accounting and Procurement.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop sustainable solutions.

• Preferably experienced with SAP.
