The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, motivated operations assistant to our Lancer Hospitality team at the Keller Golf Course! As an operations coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist in operations and administrative tasks and to manage daily management needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting and assisting clients and staff

• Handling operations and administrative tasks to support our regional operations manager

• Handles occasional overseeing of catering events for set up requirement, staffing, etc.

• Support administrative accounting, planning, and operational audits

• Other tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• Some college preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Passion for learning

• General knowledge of hospitality industry

Compensation:

$25/hour
