Job Summary

As the Night Supervisor, you will ensure smooth overnight operations, manage the night shift team, and provide excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

·Supervise nightly Front Office operations

·Address guest inquiries and complaints

·Lead and support the night shift team

·Handle late check-ins and early check-outs

·Monitor security and coordinate with the security team

·Perform end-of-day procedures and financial reporting

·Act as the emergency point of contact

Qualifications

·Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel Front Office

·High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred

·Excellent communication and leadership skills

·Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
