Mission

To ensure all production processes are woking within PCP in order to support the yield, cost, quality and service targets. Lead process improvement projects to achieve higher performance and process stability

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that safety rules, regulations and Essilor guidelines are respected, in particular LOTO procedures during process activities

Have to understand and comply with the company procedures, policies, standard as well as relevant company certification (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO13485 and PSM), including participating in the Risk&Opportunity Assessment when needed

1. Respect of Process Control Plans (PCP)

• Ensure PCP and follow up and respect

• Identify deviations to PCP, issue yellow or red cards depending on resolution status

• Ensure to solve the gaps to PCPs

• Propose PCP changes for process improvements

2. Improvement

• For each process, identify areas of improvement based on customer returns, production performance or process capability

• Update PCP for each improvement

3. Problem resolution

• Participate to problem resolution (customer complaint or production issue)

• Propose short term and long term solutions linked with process improvement

4. Managing technicain

• Ensure process tech is follow job assigned (rountine and specific)

• Ensure process tech have proper knowledge to perform the jobs

Skills / Competences

Bachelor degree in Engineering field

Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak with ease)

Desirable/Preferable:

With professional qualifications (licensed engineer or equivalent)

Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen

Technical knowledge on : Statistical Process Control, Financial Analysis

Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
