Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Stakeholder Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders involved in a Large-scale Infrastructure Construction and will be responsible for managing communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to identify, prioritize, and manage key stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
Proactively engage with government agencies, local communities and other relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with project management teams to highlight stakeholder perspectives into decision-making processes and project planning.
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to solicit input, provide updates, and foster collaboration.
Work closely with communications and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all stakeholder interactions.
Maintain thorough documentation of stakeholder engagements, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and feedback, to support project reporting and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community relations, government relations, with a proven track record of success in complex construction projects with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in GCC (KSA ideally)
Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)
Must have knowledge and experience in dealing with the approval process for construction projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder in KSA.
Extensive knowledge of stakeholder engagement principles, methodologies, and tools, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes
