Role Overview:

Our Finance Organization often works remotely, however our culture is highly collaborative. We prioritize a continuous learning environment, focused on skill development and career growth. This candidate would also have experience working with international bank accounts and has also had experience working with multiple foreign entities. The selected candidate will have three or more years of relevant experience and have demonstrated exceptional competencies through previous employment performance.

  • Maintain and investigate unapplied cash transactions, including monthly reconciliation.

  • Prepare/review audit schedules and respond to auditor questions, as necessary.

  • Troubleshoot any recurring process issues, determine root cause and suggest solutions.

  • Assist with special projects as necessary.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel required.

  • Experience with Workday a plus.

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.

  • Strong analysis, research and investigative skills.

  • Experience in working with large data and spreadsheets in Excel, including the general ledger.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with peers and all levels of management.

  • Strong organizational skills. Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to determine solutions and alternative solutions based on the situation.

  • Positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm.
