Google Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Partner Program in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with machine learning.

  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

  • Excellent technical and analytical skills to frame solutions using data.

  • Build knowledge of how YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies impact YouTube users, platform changes, and new product launches.

  • Manage policy enforcement escalations and develop new enforcement guidelines for YPP, delivering training to reviewers and providing enforcement advice on grey policy areas.

  • Support workflows including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization.

  • Support the launch of new or updated enforcement process solutions across multiple trust and safety teams.

  • Ensure workflows reflect policy guidelines, and work with global vendors to enforce sensitive policies.
