JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead and supervise production line workers to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Monitor production processes, equipment, and product quality to meet industry standards. Train and mentor new team members on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any production issues or deviations. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to meet production schedules and delivery timelines. Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Document production activities, maintain records, and prepare reports as needed. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in manufacturing is a plus. Proven experience as a Line Lead or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paper industry. Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
