Role and Responsibilities This role provides maintenance and janitorial support of physical facilities. Physical facilities responsibilities may include cleaning, grounds-keeping, packing and moving office furniture and/or equipment, handling all work by-products in offices, laboratories, manufacturing areas, or cleanrooms. May support maintenance mechanics, simple projects, spot painting, and/or light construction. Work includes soliciting bids from vendors, scheduling and overseeing projects, and coordinating inspections. Other duties as assigned.
