What are your contributions to the team?

  • Supervise, coordinate and provide support to your team.

  • Guide team under your responsibility to target opportunities for process improvement.

  • Participate in the development and revision of reconciliation of balance sheet accounts detailed analyses of income statements

  • Support our business partners.

  • Prepare financial analysis and governance to help management decision making.

  • Participate in the annual budget process and the quarterly forecasts.

  • Check internal controls, identify risks and opportunities, propose recommendations, and verify their implementation.

  • Perform in-dept analysis on specific topics.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold an accounting designation (CPA) and have high knowledge of accounting standards.

  • You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience.

  • You have good spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • You have capable of demonstrating initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • You are data-driven with strong analytical skills and synthesis capability.

  • You are rigorous, autonomous and action oriented. You have a high level of integrity and strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.

  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • You have a strong team spirit, leadership and flexibility.

  • You have the ability to build and maintain a beneficial relationship with your peers, partners and customers.

  • You have demonstrated strong abilities to work with tight deadlines and under pressure in a complex environment.
