JBS USA Ecommerce Financial & Procurement Analyst in Doral, Florida

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for driving & executing Financial Planning and Analysis for our E-commerce division. This includes overseeing sales, forecast planning, and annual budgeting, along with conducting ad hoc analyses on network strategy, shipping strategy, and expenses. You will develop, refine, and analyze both actual and forecasted P&Ls, collaborating with Accounting to ensure accurate reconciliations and expense tracking. Your role extends to researching and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and foster growth in our US e-commerce business. You will regularly communicate business insights and performance results to key stakeholders through compelling presentations to Senior Management and leadership teams.

In parallel, as part of Dry Ice Procurement, you will ensure the timely delivery of dry ice from suppliers and promptly input purchase orders. Cultivating positive relationships with suppliers, you will stay informed on orders, market conditions, and trends, developing contingency plans for potential plant shutdowns. Collaborating with operations, you will optimize inventory levels to balance utilization and efficiency. Your responsibilities also include the accurate and timely completion of required reports covering product inventory, dry ice inventory, expenses, financials, and KPIs. Lastly, you will manage dry ice ordering and delivery, ensuring efficient, timely, accurate, and professional delivery.

This is an in-office role based in Miami, FL.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Drive & execute Financial Planning and Analysis for the E-commerce division, overseeing sales, forecast planning, and annual budgeting, including scenario and trend analysis.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on network strategy, shipping strategy, and expenses and identify opportunities for the E-commerce division.

  • Develop, refine, and analyze both actual and forecasted P&Ls for the E-commerce division.

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Account Leads monthly to ensure accurate revenue reconciliations, expense tracking, and accruals during the close.

  • Research and generate actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and foster growth in the US e-commerce business.

  • Provide business insights on department KPIs and performance results to key stakeholders monthly along with actionable insights on how to improve KPIs

  • Deliver compelling presentations to Senior Management and leadership teams, offering insights and summaries on business performance.

  • Provide accurate closing of accounts and reporting for period end meetings.

Dry Ice Procurement Responsibilities:

  • Manage ordering and delivery of dry ice, ensuring efficient, timely, accurate, and professional delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of dry ice from suppliers and manage the input of purchase orders promptly.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, staying informed on orders, market conditions, and trends, with contingency plans for plant shutdowns.

  • Collaborate with operations to optimize inventory levels, balancing utilization and efficiency

  • Create a robust reporting methodology to proactively track inventory levels, usage and automate inventory order quantities based on historical forecasting.

  • Provide business insights on required reports accurately and promptly, covering product inventory, dry ice inventory, expenses, financials, & KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 2-3 years of work experience in quantitative or analytical role within ecommerce, consumer, or marketing analytics required.

  • Experience with forecasting and P&L closings preferred.

  • Solid organizational skills, including strong detail orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Superb communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, including c-suite executives.

  • Experience with SAP, Qliksense, and Snowflake preferred.
