We are looking for an experienced SEO Senior Analyst. This role is technical in nature and candidate must be able to show proficiency in doing schema markup, meta tags, backlink profiles, page speed, etc.

The SEO Senior Analyst will lead the regular audit and optimization of to increase organic traffic and improve search performance. The position will focus on the U.S. but will have the opportunity to expand into new geographies in 2019. is part of a larger global digital team dedicated to helping consumers find vision care solutions. Though part of a larger parent company, this position will work within a small entrepreneurial dynamic team.

As an SEO Senior Analyst , you will work out of our Las Colinas Texas offices (WeWork) and you will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviors of search engines. SEO is an ever-changing landscape, so our SEO team must be continuously learning and evolving.


  • Experience with website optimization tools, such as Moz, SEMRush, Majestic, etc., to grade, analyze and determine how to fix issues.

  • Optimize copy and landing pages for organic search.

  • Evaluate keyword rankings and traffic trends to improve organic search engine performance.

  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.

  • Monitor and report on organic traffic in Google Analytics to determine what pages are performing well, which need improved and which could be removed to ensure we are meeting our SEO goals.

  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

  • Developing and implement link building strategies.

  • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.

  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. Prefer experience in Search projects for voice and video.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • 4+ years minimum SEO experience including implementation of SEO improvement strategies to drive attributable traffic growth.

  • Technical SEO skills and experience with SEO audits, CMS platforms and competitive analysis

  • Understanding of web development principles and web technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Experience with Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Webmaster tools and other SEO tracking solutions

  • Ability to assist global fixes for duplicated content and canonicalization issues. And the ability to solve issues through methods such as hreflang, robots.txt files and XML sitemaps.

  • Understanding of user experience and a thorough knowledge of best practices for digital marketing including AB testing.

  • Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to be efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution
