Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in Dallas, Texas. The role primarily involves managing a full cycle of accounting operations, utilizing Sage 300 CRE and ADP accounting software systems, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards

• Utilize various accounting software systems such as Sage 300 and ADP for financial services and payroll processing

• Conduct month-end close procedures and prepare financial reports for review

• Manage job cost and construction accounting for commercial construction projects

• Timely and accurate processing of payroll

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments

• Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with other finance team members to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Manager/Supervisor role or similar position

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services and ADP - Payroll

• Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE

• Experience with Month End Close and Financial Reporting

• Knowledge of Full Cycle Accounting and Payroll

• Experience in Commercial Construction Projects and Construction Accounting

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
