Photo-Sonics, Inc. is an international leader in state-of-the art optical tracking systems in Chatsworth and has an immediate opening for an Accounting Admin Clerk - Summer Temp. with strong organizational skills to provide clerical support to Accounting, Administration, and Front Office reception or other departments as needed. The Company is looking for a self-starter who is capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. Beyond this, you will join a welcoming team of skilled team members all working towards a common goal in an environment that is exciting, agile, and next-generation. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Filing, scanning, obtaining signatures on training records, and other tasks assigned by CFO or her designee.
• Perform other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and follow up skills are needed for handling multiple projects.
• Ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical requirements of the position may include but not limited to: sitting, walking up and down stairs, lifting and crouching.
