Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is primarily responsible for managing all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and sales tax. You will also be involved in invoicing and month-end close for our US-based business.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers

• Manage sales tax calculations and filings across multiple states

• Oversee the month-end close process

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 to perform various accounting functions

• Manage ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

• Resolve any financial discrepancies by analyzing and correcting information

• Ensure all accounting practices align with company policies and relevant legislation. Requirements • Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage 100 software.

• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in performing Accounting Functions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations.

• Familiar with Billing Functions and Sales Tax procedures.

• Ability to handle Month End Close processes.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must possess a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
