About the role

The Commercial Orders & Shipments Data Analyst is accountable for delivering orders & shipments analysis & forecast on a weekly / monthly / quarterly base within an EMEA scope.

The candidate will drive the order process within EMEA countries; calculate the shipment landing. He/she will analyse order trends, portfolio, backorders, go to market of novelties; closely look at brand performance vs operation forecast in order to identify possible discrepancies that could bring to back orders / over production; track the aur trend vs forecast and explain main reason of delta (positive & negative).

In addition, the candidate must support his/her supervisor in the monthly meeting with Planning and Logistics Departments to properly set the Production and Logistics capacities.

Key role accountabilities:

· Order process drive and best practice share within EMEA

· Shipments Forecasting Process implementation & monitoring

· Shipments analysis & controlling on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

· Attend the monthly meeting with Logistics & Planning

· Support the full year budgeting process & the rolling forecast

· Support the finance function on Revenue Recognition Process

· Orders portfolio monitoring

· Average unit price analysis & forecasting

Your profile:

· Bachelor’s degree

· First professional relevant experience in multinational companies

· High-level analytical skills

· Ability to translate the data into concise reports, to draw conclusions & present them to the stakeholders

· Readiness to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to support business strategies

· Capacity to follow and track ad hoc projects

· Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

· Fluent English

· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

· Proactive and approach

· Team player

· French and/or Italian
