We are looking for a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Carole Park, QLD
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Act as the first point of contact for our valued customers and maintains a relationship with internal and external customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner
Answering parts related inquiries via customer calls and emails
Assisting with parts interpretation and the provision of required parts
Advise on part suitability and talk customers through the best solution for the job
Processing and receiving orders and quotes in a timely manner
Carries out customer parts counter duties including receiving parts calls, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers, completing and processing paperwork and handling check, and credit card transactions
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Previous Customer service experience required
Parts interpreter experience highly desirable
Must be able to work a Rotating Roster
Ability to learn new software and processes
Able to prioritise complex tasks and troubleshoot
High attention to detail, and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills required
Forklift ticket would be highly desirable
Able to work well in a team situation

Mode Selection - Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method (balance cost, quality and time).
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Forklift License will be an advantage.
