Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES:

Support the Project Management team by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Attend Project meetings (as required) and assist with capturing and distributing meeting minutes

· Assist with Setup and maintenance of project PLM and ETO Workbench

· Assist with developing Change Order Requests and processing of customer Purchase Orders

· Assist requisition creation and tracking with the PM

· Assist setup of non-POC forecasts and updates

· Gathering supporting information for customer status reports

· Coordinate vendor and customer invoice tracking

· Maintenance of project management process documentation

· Complete project Shipping Request Forms (SRF) and facilitate shipments as necessary

· Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevant SharePoint locations

· Support action item monitoring/reporting with the PM

Qualifications

Education:

A Post-Secondary college diploma, engineering / business degree or equivalent. Project management experience an asset

Key Attributes:

· Extremely well organized

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

· Ability to interact in a multidisciplinary team environment

· Business knowledge and experience

· Interest in developing project management skills
