ManpowerGroup Staff Accountant in Boise, Idaho

Our client is a dynamic company in the property management industry committed to excellence in all aspects of their business. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join their finance team and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.

Title: Staff Accountant- Direct Hire

Location: Boise, Idaho On site

Pay range: $66k to $72k/year

What is the job?

  • Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts accrual-based accounting system.

  • Produce monthly financial statements for multiple entities.

  • Prepare month-end statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements and budgets according to GAAP requirements.

  • Calculate payroll and run reports.

  • Work closely with accounting group to identify, track and record inter-company transactions and allocations.

What is needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable degree or experience.

  • Strong technical accounting background.

  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets, ERP accounting systems; MS Business Central 365 is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizations are greatly needed to be successful in this role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization.
