Assist clients in their own homes with a variety of tasks. Such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, skin care, cooking, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, running errands, grocery shopping, medication reminders, and more. Ability to follow a care plan and submit accurate documentation. Effective communication skills and outstanding professionalism. Open availability and flexibility preferred to accommodate the everchanging needs of our clients. Must be able to successfully pass a Dept. of Health and Welfare background check for employment.
