Your role at Clorox:

El objetivo principal de esta posición es asegurar y optimizar el abastecimiento de productos terminados para la venta a través de la administración y desarrollo de las áreas de planificación de la fábrica y la administración de procesos MRP, asegurar el suministro de materiales (materias primas y material de empaque) garantizando los objetivos de costo de inventario, precisión de inventario y obsoletos, adicional gestionar procesos de mejora en la cadena productiva para mejorar los costos de fabricación.

In this role, you will:

• Asegurar los procesos de suministro ME&MP y repuestos.

• Asegurar el abastecimiento de productos disponibles para la venta de los productos en sintonía con el área de planificación, la planta de producción y maquiladores.

• Utilizar herramientas y análisis de datos (Excel, BI) para mejorar la productividad, calidad, efectividad y ser mas eficiente en sus áreas a cargo.

• Analizar las tendencias y sus efectos en el negocio proponiendo acciones para la mejora, optimización de procesos y reducción de costos.

What we look for:

• Experiencia en la implementación de mejoras continuas mediante procesos de Lean Manufacturing.

• Habilidades para establecer relaciones efectivas con otras funciones y departamentos, liderar equipos y colaborar exitosamente en proyectos conjuntos.

• Capacidad comprobada en el desarrollo y liderazgo de personal, así como su destreza en relaciones interpersonales, manejo de equipos y comunicación efectiva.

• Experiencia en Procesos de Control Interno.

• Experiencia en ERP, MRP y procesos de planificación y programación de la producción.

• Excel avanzado y manejo de SAP.

• Nivel intermedio de idioma inglés.

• 5 Años de experiencia (Preferible en Industria de Consumo Masivo)

• Profesionales de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas o carreras afines a logística o experiencia laboral equivalente.
